How to Enter: One (1) free entry per person by completing the entry form with a valid name, email address, phone number, and date of birth. Limit one (1) entry per unique phone number.
Each proof of purchase of a VUUM product purchased at Sprouts Farmers Market and submitted via receipt upload at the time of entry will earn one (1) additional bonus entry per VUUM unit purchased. Multiple VUUM products on a single receipt each count as individual bonus entries. Receipt must clearly show Sprouts Farmers Market as the retailer and VUUM as the purchased product. Receipts may only be submitted at the time of initial entry.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To obtain bonus entries without making a purchase, mail a handwritten postcard containing your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth to: VUUM Giveaway, 10880 John W Elliott Dr STE600B, Frisco, TX 75033. Each valid postcard received during the Promotion Period will receive the same number of bonus entries as one purchased VUUM unit. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 23, 2026 and received by September 1, 2026. Limit the equivalent of one bonus entry per postcard.
Prize: One (1) grand prize winner will receive a two (2) night trip to Miami, Florida for winner and one (1) guest age 18 or older. Prize includes:
- Round-trip economy airfare for winner and guest to Miami International Airport (MIA), not to exceed $800 total airfare value
- Two (2) nights hotel accommodations
- Dining credit
- VUUM products and gifts from VUUM brand partners
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $2,500. Prize is non-transferable, may not be substituted except at Sponsor's discretion, and has no cash value. If actual value of prize is less than stated ARV, no difference will be awarded. Travel must be completed between August 5, 2026 and October 20, 2026.
Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Guest may be required to execute a liability and publicity release prior to travel. Sponsor is not responsible for canceled, delayed, or rescheduled transportation, weather events, acts of God, public health concerns, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.
Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about August 1, 2026 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email and phone and must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. Failure to respond within the required time period may result in forfeiture of prize and selection of an alternate winner.
Taxes: Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC or other tax documentation as required by law.
Publicity Release: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent for Sponsor and its designees to use winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, city and state of residence, and prize information for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further compensation, notice, or permission.
Release of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless VUUM Technologies LLC, Sprouts Farmers Market, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the promotion or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.
